'The improvements to Central Bus Station will include improved seating facilities (not happened) , roofing, floowing and lighting, as well as improved public information and access points. The only obvious new items are access gates and they are no use to the bus users, especially when most of Cardiffs buses are not now going to the station and have been detoured inconveniently elsewhere. Am I missing something here?

 Bus leaves the station and you can see that pedestrian access is hard to locate and dangerous since much of the pavement is not accessible.
